CS team was amazing when my order got lost/ delay and they immediately replace the item and send it over again. Now received and very happy with the backpack. Will be using it from next week on for all my work Trips! . Thank you

My bag got lost in transit. It was very easy to deal with customer services to get a new one sent. It looks great and I think will be perfect for my upcoming trip.

Great Product and Excellent Customer Service!

Super kind people, quick to respond and solved my problems! Thanks a lot

After all the horror stories here about delivery, I was compelled to write to say that I was informed during the whole delivery process by different handlers of progress with shipment. I was given access to a link to follow the bag’s journey from Shanghai via HK to UK, where Evri took over. The whole process took 6 working days. I did not need to contact the company so cannot give feedback on their response but I certainly didn’t have any of the issues often described by others here. I hope others have as good an experience as I did.

Had some minor issues with my bags and they replaced them immediately and were incredibly helpful!! The bags are amazing always and I will 10000% purchase again! Amazing service

Last year I purchased 5 20” carryons and 5 blast backpacks for my family’s 2 week European vacation. We were able to fit all of our belongings and did not have to check bags! Since then, these items have had regular/heavy use. Today, the handle of my suitcase broke and I almost didn’t even try to see if they would replace it because it had been over a year and most places just give you hassle. I saw on the website that there’s a lifetime guarantee on luggage so I send an email. Within 5 minutes, I had a new suitcase on the way, no questions asked. I was so pleasantly surprised. Do not hesitate to purchase from Bagsmart! They are doing it right!!

I was excited about using the Bagsmart products for an upcoming international trip. The delivery, however, did not go well. The bag didn't arrive on time, and when it was finally found and delivered almost two weeks later, the box was horribly mangled and the suitcase had some damage. I cannot say enough about Bagsmart's customer support, however. They were extremely helpful and responsive, and answered all of my very worried emails. In the end, they sent a replacement carry-on which arrived just a couple of days before my departure date. I am excited to use their products, and am extremely appreciative of the support given through this whole experience!
