Bag is good but would not recommend as customer service is terrible. Email provided doesn't work. I really want to return my bag but Bagsmart will not provide me with the return address or details of how to process the return.

J’ai passé commande le 19 décembre 2025. Le colis n’a jamais été expédié, je les contactes pas mails mais malheureusement j’ai pas enormement de réponses ! La seul réponse qui m’ont fourni est pour me dire que mon colis est perdue. Je leurs ai demandé de me renvoyer le colis mais depuis aucune réponse! Je trouve sa scandaleux.

So far very disappointed. I do like the product but the colour was very different and so I have requested an exchange. The returns portal is RIDICULOUS and sends you round and round in circles with nothing but automatic replies. VERY DISAPPINTING AS THE PRODUCT APPEARS OK! I would not buy from this website again if I was in any doubt about having to return it!! I will update this review if I actually get a response from the company!

Colours are represented completely differently on the website. I got a strong purple colour when ordering a navy blue and my partner ordered black and got a grey so be mindful. Quality isn't fantastic either, feels pretty flimsy and cheap. Would not pay the price tag for this. I will probably just use this as a gym bag now. Look into temu bags, probably similar quality. $120AUD for a $60 bag at best. I asked for an exchange. Customer service said that it will only be exchanged at the cost of the customer. Not ideal.

I ordered travel bag where it was buy one get one free. Arrived ok. Packaging is poor but I was willing to still be positive about the product. Figures the product itself is poor quality. Cheap looking, cheap material used and cheap zip as well. Looks like something you buy from Temu for $2 but this website charges $40-50 for this crap. Refrain from buying if you are expecting decent product. Better go buy from Target or Kmart or Any bag shops.

While the backpack I received was fine, it was smaller than I expected so I decided to return it. What. A. Headache!! Like all the other reviews here, the customer service is so terrible. Multiple emails sent and I was constantly ignored for weeks. EVENTUALLY I was able to get a return address but never heard anything for another week and the tracking was saying not delievered and I was convinced I’m never getting my money back but I did get a refund in the end. Will never use these guys again, not worth the stress.

Disappointed Bag come from china! But it an Australian looking site???? Small and bad quality for $120 !
