So annoyed at this company. It is impossible to get anyone to talk to or get response to your email/fb/twitter communication. Ordered an expensive bag over 3 weeks ago and it has been sitting at a 'local area courier' for the past week. No one responds to find out when it will be delivered and considering it is a on board bag i need it for travel next week! Shocking communication and waste of time and money ordering this. Only buy from them if you are happy to not speak to someone if your order is held up (im actually wondering if there is a real order waiting to be delivered) and if you have lots of time before you need the product.

Company states shipping time for bags will be May 2, delays it one week to May 8, then still doesn’t ship it out then. When inquired, they just say it will ship soon but the reason it’s delayed is due to the item being a “hot” item. If the item is popular and you don’t have the stock to deliver the item on time. Please just put it as out of stock and set notification for when it’s back in stock instead of stating a ship date, not meeting it twice, and making your customers play a waiting game.

I do not like leaving negative reviews. Like others have mentioned, the returns process and quality of products are questionable. If you want to be reassured that a product can be returned as per their returns Policy, avoid purchasing directly from this company. I am waiting for a refund for items that were returned and confirmed as delivered to the ‘PO Box’ provided. Items were delivered close to two weeks ago. The PO Box is likely a container/storage facility/warehouse, not a PO Box in the traditional sense. There is no way of tracking items into these types of ‘facilities’, so the parcel may always show as ‘in transit’ with no proof of delivery to fall back on. In short, I've lost the cost of the products, plus the shipping costs and resources taken to return the item. I had made sure postage included signature on delivery to ensure the items were safely delivered. On checking my credit card statement, I was charged for the products by an overseas company in HK dollars despite purchasing from an AU site.

I bought a bag for my Son for his Birthday. It took some time to arrive from China (I thought it was a UK company given the name is Bagsmart UK). The quality is not what we expected and despite sending many emails regarding returning the bag, I have had zero response. POOR QUALITY. POOR SERVICE. Now Its cost me more money as I've had to buy another bag for my Son.....Not good.

I bought 2 medium makeup bags for Christmas gifts. I received them on Dec 17 and needed to return them as they were too small. I emailed them to get directions on how to return. They responded that returns had to be within 30 days and include all packing slips. Bagsmart gave me the address to return it to. I returned them on 1/8/24, WITH the packing slip inside, by USPS and received the tracking number from USPS. I emailed Bagsmart the tracking number as well as the expected delivery date, which was 1/11/24. I checked with USPS and the package was delivered on 1/11/24 and given to an individual at the address that “service” at Bagsmart had given it. It is now 2/5/24 and I STILL have no credit from Bagsmart!! I emailed them on 1/31/24 to ask what the delay in getting my credit was and CRICKETS! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE SURE YOU DO NOT WANT TO RETURN THE ITEMS! Returns are a scam with them!

Paid for an overnight bag online and my money has been taken but no order details received. I have tried contacting the company several times and have received no correspondence back. Seems like a scam.

I received 2 makeup bags in error. When trying to resolve the problem, it took about 3 weeks to get info I needed and I then returned the bags at end of December. After more than 3 weeks and 3 emails I still have NO refund and NOResponse from their so called customer service. I have the UPS proof of the return being received at their location I lost my money and the cost of returning the bags. BEWARE!!
