I really like the brand, they think of every useful detail to store belongings. I am from Guatemala and I recently made a purchase from my country and the communication to make the shipment effective is very good.

I bought three, yes 3, toiletry bags and returned 2. The one I got from Bagsmart is EXACTLY what I wanted. All the pockets have clear covers so you can see what's inside without unzipping. You can hang it in the bathroom and see everything you have in one glance. It seems well-made and like it will last a long time. Also, I got personal customer service when I had to have my order sent ASAP! That's something you don't get often!!

I had to request a change of shipping address. I received a fast reply within hours of my request and the package I ordered went to the updated address.

Had an issue with FedEx delivery but was able to resolve quickly. This had nothing to do with Bagsmart. I reached out to Bagsmart customer service and they were very prompt and very professional. I received the bag I ordered and absolutely LOVE it!!! Thank you to Alicia in customer service.

I read quite a few bad reviews for this company after I’d placed my order but I have to say my experience was perfect I had a genuine tracking number and everything on there went to plan and the products were with me well within the promised time I ordered 3 bagsmart organises for makeup and toiletries mainly for holiday travel and they are really lovely I am so pleased and would definitely recommend this company

Recently my order did not make it to my doorstep. Says it was delivered but I didn’t receive it. I contacted customer service and within 4 days I had another order sent out to me! Love the product and the excellent service.

Came so quickly! Plus the amazing quality looks exactly like the picture and a ready decent price im so happy with it!

Recieved my bagsmart bag today am so very impressed cant wait to take on our cruise it will suit that cabin as space isnt big in rooms
