Horrible experience. Do NOT buy from this crappy company. They do not honor returns. They put you through hell when you try to return an item never used. I’m still waiting 30 days after paying for the postage and taking item to post office. I’ve emailed ten times and still no refund. Total scam company

Horrible. Ordered suitcase well over a month ago. It still has not been sent. Due to a “computer glitch” they haven’t been able to send. Due to another “computer glitch” they can’t cancel. My only option is to wait for them to eventually send it, and then then send it back to them at my own expense.

Disappointed. I ordered a bag 2 weeks ago. I am tracking it and found out that this product doesn't come from Sydney, so, the orders doesn't deliver in 7 day as they say.

Absolute scammers. Bought a wash bag as a gift in all good faith, now to discover that my order no. Does not exist. I’ve e-mailed them several times with no response. Fortunately I paid with Visa & have contacted the fraud department of my bank who will get the money back for me. I’m so cross

Literally will not accept returns Bag was much smaller in person. I initiated a return and included all pictures with original packaging and tags. They go back and forth a few times with nonsense and then never send the return address. It's a total scam and now I'm stuck with these bags despite what they say online about returns.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered a bag, was delivered with torn packaging and damaged bag item and sticker from Australia Post saying the company directed the damaged parcel & item to still be delivered to me. 10 emails later I have still no reply about how to organise a refund. I will make a formal complaint to the ACCC.

Bought two bags from this company and they were of poor quality. The company has a return policy but won’t give me an address to return them to, it’s such a scam! If I ever get an address (which I no longer believe I will) they are going to tell me that because I purchased the bags more than 14 days ago I can’t return them, when it’s their fault for not having a return address available to customers!

Worst Experience buying online!! Don’t believe anything they say on the website. I ordered my Bagsmart 3 weeks ago. It took them 10 days just to process the order. Now my parcel still in CHINA (orders doesn’t come from Sydney as they say). If I knew it would be coming from so far away I wouldn’t order it. I thought it will be here in 2-7 business days (that’s what the page says, but it’s a lie). They didn’t want to cancel the order when I asked for it prior to shipping(after 7 days when I saw my order didn’t even been processed), now they don’t answer my emails and there is no solution for me as I am moving, and I will be with $100 less and no product. I feel scamed… BE WARNED!!
