Very fast response when I received my order and found a zipper to be broken in 3 pieces on my hanging toiletry bag. I was immediately given 2 options to correct the defective item. They quickly shipped out a replacement with a 20% off a future purchase. It was my first time ordering from this company and I will DEFINITELY be ordering again!

I recently received my Rolling Travel Backpack. It is a wonderful product, unfortunately, when I received it, there was a defect in the coloring of the bag that was very noticeable. My entire experience with customer service was amazing! I was not sure what my options would be and what was offered exceeded any expectations I had. Every single representative was kind, considerate and very prompt in their responses. They are providing me with a brand new product and the entire experience has been wonderful. Customer service was awesome I had an issue with a coupon code I reached out to customer support and they sent me a knew code that was double the original discount! The bag arrived in under a week and for the price is great well thought out design with useful features, highly recommend.

Bagsmart backs up their great products with great customer service! I messaged them with my problem and heard back from, not a meandering, clueless chatbox, but a real live person who resolved my issues to my total satisfaction within minutes.
