I love my *erkin bag so much. It looks better in person than on the website. I'll start with how great the shipping is. I was able to track the shipment of my bag so easily. I received it quicker than I thought I would. The quality of the bag is exceptional. The from the hardware to the stitching. Perfect. It was shipped in a nice box, wrapped nicely with dust cover and even a scarf. I will be ordering more from this company

Very friendly contact with the customer service center. The bag is beautiful; I've even ordered a second one. My order fell during the May holidays, but it still took the stated 3 weeks.

Excellent customer service. They replied promptly to all my emails when I enquired about the delivery service. The bag was perfect. I took one star off because I wasn’t happy with the delivery service. They left the package on my veranda in full view of the street.

I ordered 2 bags and they were very responsive throughout the whole process, from the time I placed my order until they were delivered. The bags are beautiful and come well packaged and all the hardware is very protected. I will not hesitate to make more purchases in the future. Way to go Baginning! This is how to do it!

Love the bag! Its the perfect size! The shipping/ delivery time wasnt too long id say after placing the order it took about 6-8 days to arrive. Plus the price is just right! 10 out of 10!

Love my bag! Such good quality. Kept me updated with emails and tracking every step of its journey from overseas to New York. Responsive customer support. USPS delivered my package to the wrong address. Not sure what to do, I contacted Baginning support. They responded within 24 hours. Fortunately my mail carrier was able to locate and deliver the package to me the next day. I let customer support know we found it. They sent me a wonderful personalized email saying they were glad I got my package and they appreciated that I updated them and didn’t require their support anymore. I will definitely be ordering more handbags from them!
