Hi Olga, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We truly appreciate your honesty and take your concerns very seriously. We would like to kindly clarify that the two bags you received are made of genuine leather materials — one is crafted from cow leather, and the other from split leather. Both are classified as genuine leather. We completely understand that leather types can sometimes be confusing, and we sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding. Regarding the third bag you ordered — we regret that it was unfortunately out of stock at the time. We promptly notified you of this and, upon your confirmation, we processed your refund request. Please rest assured that the refund has already been completed. We genuinely value your trust and hope you might reconsider your opinion of us. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. With warm gratitude, The Baginning Team

Hi Sharon, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review — we truly appreciate it! We're absolutely delighted to hear that both of your bags arrived beautifully packaged and that you loved the quality and craftsmanship. It's wonderful to know that the small top handle bag matched your expectations and the photos on our site. We also really appreciate your honest feedback regarding the crossbody wallet. We completely understand that the interior space didn’t quite fit your needs, and we’re sorry it didn’t work out as you'd hoped. Your suggestion to include more detailed photos showing the inside — such as card slots, pockets, and what the bag can actually hold — is incredibly valuable. It's also good to know that the red appeared a bit brighter in person — we'll review our imagery to ensure colors are represented as accurately as possible. We're so glad you'd consider ordering from us again, and we hope your niece or goddaughter will absolutely love the bag! Thank you again for your honest feedback — it truly helps us grow and serve you better. With warm gratitude, The Baginning Team
