I needed a travel bag in a hurry. I also wanted it to be fashionable as well as functional. I came across this bag on the internet and and it was beautiful and affordable. I used it everyday on that trip and will be using it for a long time to come. Highly recommend.

I purchased a black PU purse a year and a half ago and I still get compliments on it and women asking where I got it. It's perfect for a quick night out, a date, and it's sleek and elegant. The material has stood the test of time - and travel. This bag has been with me to DC, NY, SF and back again. Happy with my purchase.

I ordered a fairly expensive jelly tote which never arrived. I received an initial confirmation but nothing since, not even tracking info. The company has failed to respond to two inquiries made several weeks after the order was placed. As of now (1/20/24), they are issuing a refund. They say they sent me a notice in December that they were not able to find the "material" for the bag. I may have missed it because they don't put anything in the subject line. Their writing is also poorly done and unclear and, no, they don't respond to emails promptly.

Hi Penny, We're so sorry for the inconvenience for you. We already contacted you in December last year about the situation of this order. Because of the material problem for the bag so we asked your idea for exchanging other style or prefer a refund. But you always said you didn't receive our message even if we sent same messages several times. After your confirmation, we have issued a full refund for you as compensation. And the refund was already processed by us and successfully return to your account as promised before. Any future question, please don't hesitate to contact with us. Thank you for your feedback we'll constantly improve our service. Best, Baginning

I ordered 3 bags, and I'm extremely impressed with the quality of my bags, beginning with how they were packed and shipped. Each metal piece was covered and protected, the inside was padded so the bag would keep its shape. Each bag is placed in an individual protection sleeve. All this care and attention in the shipping only matches the quality of these bags. They are made beautifully, with quality leather and metal hardware. I love my bags, and very happy with my purchase! If you've been looking at these bags and debating on whether to get one, then I highly recommend that you order one, you won't regret it!

The purse was a complete surprise and birthday present. Never purchasing from this company before, they actually have beautiful, quality products. I would purchase from them again. The pictures look like the actual product.
