Just what I was looking for
Beautiful, quality bag at a great price. I was looking for a VERY specific bag and color and found it here. It came faster than I expected and when I had a question received a prompt, friendly reply. I will definitely be back. Great experience.

I tried to ascertain on your website…
After many emails back-and-forth trying to find out that this item was coming from China I still never got a straight answer. The item did arrive today. It’s new and it is lovely however I asked for apricot and it arrived in taupe which is far from the Colour that was described or pictured as apricot. Disappointed in the colour and will not be ordering from this outfit again I tried to ascertain on your website where this bag was coming from and there was no information. My tracking now tells me it’s coming from China. Had I known that I would never have ordered it. I have ordered items from China before and they have taken four and five months to arrive, others have never arrived and I had to fight to get my money back, which took over a month. I find this inappropriate.

Hi Nadia, We're so sorry for the inconvenience for you. Please understand sometimes the colour of the bag could be different in person as sometimes when photographed it can look different than in real life. Just like the pics we sent you in email, the color changed from the online picture in certain lighting or by different equipment or shooting angles etc. But we are sorry for not meeting your needs and has issued some refund to you as we both agreed. Please check your mailbox for the satisfying solution that you were also agreed. Any future question, please don't hesitate to contact with us. Wish you well and please be safe and healthy. Best wishes, Baginning
