Hi Brian, We are truly sorry to hear that you feel your order never arrived, and we completely understand your frustration. Please allow us to clarify the situation. We previously sent you an email to confirm whether your order had been received, but we didn’t hear back from you at that time. As soon as you reached out to let us know you hadn’t received it, we took immediate action and contacted you again. After confirming that you would like a replacement, we arranged for a new bag to be resent to you. According to our records, the replacement package was successfully delivered in late January. We sincerely value your patience and hope we can still turn this experience around for you. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make things right. With warm gratitude, The Baginning Team
