Don’t subscribe to Badlands Ranch. The food is amazing and my 10 lb dog loves it but it doesn’t work for my budget. On Apr 7 I asked for no additional deliveries & on Apr 17 I received 3 bags again. They take money not authorized & you don’t get an immediate credit.

We have been customers using multiple products. We have a 95 pound lab and cannot possibly afford their very high prices to feed him their food. Used it as a topper with his regular premium food. We also used the Super 20 powder and the soft chews. He experienced ongoing allergy problems and vet suggested an elimination diet to rule out offending items. There is no "PAUSE" option on their subscription page. I kept pushing dates out. I just missed one yesterday and looked back and have no "upcoming subscription order" notification. I pushed date out but it's now being processed, not shipped yet, but processed so they "can't" change it Claimed they sent an email. NO EMAILS! Offered 30% back. What? We are going to refuse delivery and will let this site know if they honor the return with a full refund. We've cancelled all our future orders and subscriptions. Bad customer service, all the way around Sad. Because products seem good, but WAY overpriced.

I have never seen my dog eat a dog food the way he eats the badlands ranch dog food. When I first got it I took one kernel letting him sniff it and he gobbled it right out of my hand. He has never done that with any dog food. I put a serving in his bowl and he ate it. Then he sat literally licking his lips because it was so delicious. And I feel so good knowing what I am feeding my dog. I have no idea what is in the dog foods I’ve been feeding him all these years.

Neither of my dogs will even touch it. I think because it's so dry and stringy. And $107.00 for a bag is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY TOO MUCH!!!!!!

I ordered the food for my very picky eater. He absolutely hated it. maybe ate one strip before rejecting it completley. My other one, who eats anything, ate it, and had the worst constipation for a week before i stopped. I asked the for a refund. Most companies will aloow you to donate the leftover food to a shelter and refund your money but not this place, Insisted i send them, back and ended up paying 30 bucks for shipping. So much for their satisfaction guarentee. Plus the food stinks. Never again.

I have a 5 year old female Pomeranian and I ordered the Beef dog food. Every time I tried to introduce some in with her kibble she would vomit it up within 5 or 6 minutes. I called and talked to one of their customer service reps, after 5 days. She asked me to try again only giving her a couple pieces with each meal. I tried again for 2 days and she would not eat the food. I called again and they told me I could pay shipping and return the bag or they could give me a 30% refund and keep the food. Their food is expensive and their return policy is not good for customers.

I have had a subscription with Badlands Ranch since 2023. Originally for dog food, which I found I could not afford. I called to cancel and was offered a subscription for Superfood 20 powder to use as a topper plus a free Beef liver treats monthly. I accepted and have been happy as my dogs until Nov 2025. Nov 2025, my monthly order was missing the free Beef liver treats and has been every month since I can see my subscription on my Badlands online account. I have called every month and tried to get this straighten out. They told me they could not see the subscription, then it was only suppose to be for one month even though I received from 2023 until Nov 2024. I have emailed them and called again to talk with a supervisor. Veronica told me the free treat was only suppose to be for one month, talked over and would not let me finish what I was trying to tell her. Customer Service was lacking. She said she would honor the free treats, but I would have to call in every month to request. My dogs do like the products, but Badlands customer service is half- ass. I expected better treatment and service. I do not want to go through this every month of calling to request what I have been getting since 2023. I got angry with Veronica and hung up on her rambling as she was trying to talk over me. I am done with Badlands after 4 months of calling to get this crazy issue resolved.

I was automatically signed up for subscription. I had purchased from them 4 other times all using the one time purchase option. I got a notification from my bank for a charge from badlands. I went to the sit could not find any where to cancel. This order will be the last.
