This was supposed to be a Father's Day present, and I ordered in plenty of time to receive it a few days before Father's Day, but was notified on the Thursday before Father's Day that there was a miscommunication between the vendor and their shipper, so the product wouldn't be shipped until the Monday AFTER Father's Day - WHAAAAAAAAAAT!!! And even with that, what was supposed to take 3 days to get here took 5, sooooo not happy!!! :-( All that said, the vendor was very apologetic, just didn't go out of his way to rectify the situation...

Ok, I admit it, I am now addicted to Bacon Freak and bacon! Yummy, yummy, yummy would describe their bacon and first rate describes their customer service. Part of my very first order came from an outside source that was having problems. Christa in customer service was so very helpful and friendly that it made up for the unexpected wait in getting my item from the outside source. I have already placed my second order for bacon and two cute little pink pig key chains. I plan on many more shopping excursions on BaconFreak.com and I recommend them highly.

The original order was lost in the post, but they replaced it quickly.

My credit card got messed up during the transaction (capital one's fault) and I ended up almost purchasing 120 lbs of bacon!! Thankfully, the woman I spoke with at the bacon freak office was so helpful and kind, and the situation was resolved quickly. My husband is currently enjoying his bacon a lot! It arrived quickly and is great quality meat!

Bacon Freak bacon is the best!! I highly recommend the bacon of the month club! We’ve tried 6+ flavors and all have been extremely tasty. Also, they have fabulous customer service with super fast shipping!
