The bacon is AMAZING!!! But, at checkout everything went fine until I went to enter the CVV code for my credit card. It would not open. I tried switching to another web browser and found the same issue. Even restarted my computer. Same issue. Ended up having to pay with Pay Pal. I'd fix your website to accept people's credit card information.

I ordered a few items for some upcoming birthdays ... when I received the order there was one item missing and the Bacon Freak Gift box was also left out. I left a message, last evening(Thurs) and this morning Christa called back to advise she'd have the items out on Monday! Gracious and direct, really appreciated ... Not to mention fabulous products - think we've converted quite a few friends & acquaintances to the bacon salt & bit recipes we've served through our catering business!

Easy to use website

Needs better packaging. The process of ordering was easy and there seemed to be a good variety of options and the shipping charges were very reasonable. The problem was the packaging... it wasn't very insulated and 5 packages of bacon were kept cool with two small ice packs -- which, not surprisingly, were complete melted upon arrival and the bacon was all room temperature. I had no idea if the bacon was shipped frozen and had completely thawed or if it was shipped fresh and I would be able to freeze for later use. There was nothing in the package about how it was shipped and whether I could freeze (or refreeze) it safely.

This is the best jerky I've tried in quite a while. Great flavor, soft yet still chewy. Didn't seem to be too salty. Will buy again.

Ordered on June 29th....as of July 6 nothing has been delivered
