I have tried many seat cushions for my back problems, but the BackJoy really works. It has helped a lot with low-back, sciatica issues that I have. I have 3 now--one in my car, one at my desk chair, and one in my living room. I wouldn't be without it!

I bought both the "plain" un-padded…
I bought both the "plain" un-padded seat and the memory foam gel seat and much prefer the latter even though it's more expensive.
