I ordered a BackJoy SitSmart in mid-December, 2018 when I was on vacation and was getting a backache. I knew it was from driving. Initially I had some trouble with the order, but the issue was resolved and I am once again a happy customer. I love BackJoy. I started using it about 15 years ago because I was getting severe backaches every day and could hardly stand up, but I wasn't sure why. Then one day while I was many miles away from home in Pennsylvania I was at a truck stop and saw this product in the store claiming it cured back problems from sitting. I gave it a try. Within a few days I no longer got backaches from driving and over the years I've bought several different ones off to give away to friends who had the same problem. BackJoy SitSmart is exceptional, and their customer service is dedicated to satisfaction.

I had back pain from working out of my car for long hours. I use this seat support everyday in my car and most of my lower back problems are gone.

Awesome product, excellent service, easy to order from and shipping time was just right. There really was no hassle when it came to finding product, ordering and receiving the item. As for the product itself, it is amazing. I purchased the Sitzright seat cushion and use it while I work on my computer most of the day. I have tried other seat cushions but there is no comparison for the quality and prices of the cushion. It is the last cushion you will ever need. I even ordered one for my parents for everyday use and it is a really great product.

Great Products. I have been using BackJoy for a couple of years. I am an Airline Pilot and BackJoy products have helped immensely reduce significantly back pain associated with sitting a lot, specially on long flights, and bumpy weather days. Excelent products.

Love both seat pads I purchased as used them to drive 9 hours to/from San Diego and noted a huge difference in pain level.
