Back joy seat has made me cognizant of my posture and ways to improve my pain. It won’t fix your posture entirely because part of the work is on you to straighten your chest but it makes sitting for long periods of time more comfortable. Knee pad is amazing, I carry it whenever I do work around the house or need to get on my knees to grab something. Helps with the pain and I don’t worry if I need to work on my knees for a long time Massage ball works wonders, get one. That’s all I need to say, if you use it you’ll feel the changes on still muscles. Theracane is perfect for those that have trouble spots to reach and someone isn’t there to massage out the spot. It works great
