I ordered this seat for my husband without telling him I ordered it. He has had pain the doctor says could be sciatica or a different nerve problem in his back. I didn't know how he would react to my getting it, but he started using it immediately. I asked him to rate it, and he said 4 stars--I think that's because he still has some pain, but it's better than it was. I have a different seat that I ordered a number of years ago (can't remember exactly when) because I had sciatica pain. I have used it constantly since getting it--carry it with me just about everywhere I go. It has helped--and continues to help--tremendously!

The CSR was as helpful as possible, and I decided to go ahead and order this as a replacement. I was advised I could return with no problem. She was very patient with me.

The backjoy website was easy to use and my product came on time.

My Trigger Point Massenger has greatly helped release the tension in my upper shoulders and neck. I’m currently in PT for rotator cuff surgery and this equipment has helped in my healing process.

Nothing is perfect, but this does the job! I still get slight numbness in my booty, like pressure points aren't being fully relieved. However, this seat has helped me GREATLY!
