I purchased your product for an…
I purchased your product for an advertised price of $35.00. When it was charged to my account it ended up at $75.00. The advertised price did not include the difference between the American dollar and the Canadian dollar or shipping charges. I think this is wrong. All charges should include so much American and so much Canadian and show shipping charges. To tell you the truth I am not impressed with the product either. I would give you one half a star on a five star rating. Ron McCarthy

Very bad experience
I ordered the SitzRight cushion to bring on vacation. Backjoy advertised 4 to 7 day delivery so it should have arrived with time to spare. However, it took 2+ days for my order to be "fulfilled," and another 3 to actually ship. Because of these internal delays, my order would not have reached me in time. Multiple calls to customer service were useless. Status was updated on the tracking page only after each of my calls...very suspicious. I contacted UPS and had them abort delivery and return package to sender. I'm sure I will have a problem getting a refund. That will be another survey.

Standard order processing and shipping time is 2 to 7 business days--it seems your parcel was scheduled to be delivered on the 6th business day after your order was placed. No response
I didn’t like the support seat that I ordered so I went back through their website and emailed to customer service as was directed, with my order number, and I never heard back from anyone on the status of my return. At least two weeks has gone by. I’m going to have to contact them again and hope someone gets my message.

Horrible Experience!!!!!! No Care at this company
They shipped me the wrong items completely then sent a return label that had my address in the wrong state. My original order was never filled and when I called customer service to ask about it, they said “nothing we can do about that. It’s up to Corporate” Really, what nonsense and total unprofessionalism. Just wondering what their definition of customer service is..........
