I bought a Perfect Fit Lumbar Support cushion from Backjoy because my wife had one and it was awesome for low-back pain. The one they sent me was kind of mashed flat, unlike the one we already had. I emailed them and they immediately sent a no-cost replacement. Great customer service and a company that stands behind their product. Highly recommended!

I use this seat on my dining room chair. Before using it, and after sitting for a time at the table, I would experience stiffness and discomfort in my legs and hips. I didn’t realize how much I was slumping in my chair until I got my new seat. Love it! Now I have no stiffness and discomfort, and fewer dropped crumbs on under the table LOL.

I bought it for my son, who said his tail bone would ache after prolonged sitting. Well, he has been using it for a week and he said "It works". I highly recommend watching a video from Backjoy on how to sit on it properly. It does make a difference. I tried it myself. I will be purchasing another one for me.
