great product at a fair price

Surprisingly quick delivery with all the delays due to Covid-19. I haven't needed to contact anyone at the company so I don't know anything about customer service. The product is fantastic, I haven't been able to sit comfortably since my back injury a year and a half ago but this seat has made my life so much more comfortable.

I had the red one from a brick and mortar store. It really helped with the office setting. I lost it when changing jobs. Now that we are in quarantine, I bought another one to adapt to the cheap couches at home. Thanks, backjoy.

My package was stolen and y’all were quick to help once I got a response back.

Makes working from home at the kitchen table doable!

I have used a BackJoy ever since it first became available @ QVC many years ago. I noticed the improvements in the newer version and decided to upgrade my first purchase. I now use both—one for my chair at work, my office chair at home, and I purchased a third one for the car.

I absolutely love my BackJoy ! I was moved to remote during this CV19 pandemic and didn’t have my ergonomic desk chair. I have back pain from a previous injury and was miserable in my desk chair at home. I’m finally able to work without pain since I started using my new back support! Thank you so much for those great product!

We now own 5 backjoy seats. I finally convinced my husband to get one after I got my second one, then he wanted another one and I got another one! They are wonderful. I keep the oldest one in the car, the second in my seat at the computer, and the other where I always sit in the love seat. We take them with us when we travel. They really do help support our backs and make them hurt less. I recommend them to others just as my first one was recommended to me. Love them!
