Ordering was easy and customer service staff was friendly, but unfortunately after emailing and calling I wasn't able to get 1 of 2 orders canceled and had to go through the trouble of mailing a return for an order I had canceled and shouldn't have received. I had to also call twice to get the return label sent to me. I would recommend further training as some staff may not know how to cancel orders or send return labels. Product itself if wonderful. 5 stars. I've bought backjoy seats for myself, husband and parents and recommend for anyone wanting some additional support for maintaining correct posture.

This helps me most everywhere except in my car. I don’t know if it’s the device or way my car is made. Overall I think it’s a great buy.

I bought this for Christmas for my husband. I used it today and found it slightly comfortable, but not totally.

I had two back surgeries last year, so ergonomic support is important to me. My job requires me to sit for long periods of time and I tend to notice my posture gets worse throughout the day. BackJoy has been a great tool to remind me when I'm slouching and helps me to sit properly. Outside of work, I have noticed the improvement in my posture when sitting on the floor with BackJoy. Before BackJoy, I couldn't sit cross-legged on the floor with any comfort whatsoever but BackJoy has helped me tremendously. I would have rated it 5 stars but I do notice that I readjust my sitting position more often at my desk now as it can be more difficult to find the right spot to sit to remain comfortable for prolonged periods.

The products are great! The first time they shipped, they did forget to pack one of the items, but they quickly fixed it.
