No designed for big people
I didn’t have to interact much with customer service so I can’t talk much about the experience with them. It came very fast though for sure. My dissatisfaction is with the product at all. I tried one in a shoe store, small one and it felt very good, so I thought the big one would be better for me since I’l I’m a big guy. How wrong I was. It’s an ok product. No very comfortable after all for long periods or if you’re a large person. I honestly was expecting more With this one. I can’t return it anymore, so I’ll be stuck with it
