When these first arrived, I was skeptical about how well they would work. I WAS SO WRONG!!! I thought their small size, meaning that they were just for knee caps, would make gardening more difficult. AGAIN I WAS WRONG! Using the kneeler, I was comfortably able to weed a large area without needing to keep moving the kneepad. My knees and back were great after a morning of gardening. I have already recommended them to others. GREAT PRODUCT!

It's exactly everything I wanted it to be. I can see how you might bruise yourself if you weren't careful, but if you know how to trust your body and be gentle it's basically a miracle cure.
