The BackJoy CompanyReviews of backjoy.com

Great product, very happy with purchase and service, very prompt. The seat is very comfortable, a lot better than some other products that I had tried.

So far so good. The BackJoy is definitely helping to remind me to sit up straight! Thanks so much.

Product is well made, comfortable and has helped my lower back while sitting on soft cushion furniture. I’m pleased with having selected the non slip texture. The price was reasonable and shipping was quick.

The Backjoy gave surprisingly good support for my back. At the dinner table I used to slouch without knowing that I did. The Backjoy reminds me not to do it without trying I would recommend it to t!

A wonderful product, so helpful in helping align my posture.. Definitely recommended!

I like it it works it does what I wanted to do

I purchased a BackJoy item on Amazon. When trying to return, Amazon indicated the item was not eligible for return. I have not used the item, so I contacted customer support. After some challenges with customer service on 4 occasions, Natasha Smith the Executive Customer Care Liaison got involved and resolved the situation. Thank you Natasha!

The BackJoy was a tremendous Joy for my Back! I purchased and used it in my car during a 2600 mile trip. Like sitting in a saddle... hugs your tail and eliminates being "saddle sore". Will use for years to come!!
