It’s really great for my back. I still have to fix my posture but this supports my lower spine. Wonderful!

This is the perfect tool to reach and get rid of my muscular knots. When a massage is no longer practical, or your partner is not very thorough at working out the problem spots, this has become my most used and favorite way to handle the problem. A tennis ball, lacrosse ball, muscle rollers etc. just don’t have the size, pointy and rounded shapes or the necessary leverage that this has. My family has a BackJoy and now I have one for myself.

Backjoy is a great seat for making my wife sit up straight and she loves it!
