I had been waiting for this for months, so was relieved when it came. Now it is a Christmas gift for my son in law who has severe back issues. I can’t tell you how it is for him until I’m able to give it to him. I have a very old one and using it every day!

My wife, who I bought it for, likes the new model. We bought one numerous years ago, and she rode thousands of miles utilizing it. It was coming apart, so instead of gluing it back together, I bought another one.

I ordered the BackJoy because I have a friend who has one and likes it. I tried it not a good fit for me because my back issues must be different than most. I unfortunately had to return it and their customer service was top notch at helping me. I was sad it didn't work for me but my friend loves hers and highly recommends it.

I really like it, it really works. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 as Im not sure how long it will last due the material it will break down eventually and Ill have to buy another one. Helps my posture. I bought several for work and home.

This product works great in my car but maybe I need a different one for seating inside my home. I have serious low back and hip issues, so sitting in a hard chair or on the couch this seat is uncomfortable. In my car, I love that the seat will rotate with me for entering and exiting the car as my chiropractor had advised. nd

I like this product, but it doesn't seem to be quite as comfortable, maybe a little less stiffness/support of the material(?) than my last one.
