this is a good tool but it needs to be a bit longer and the handles at the end of it are very awkward and hard to use

Item came all beat up in the box. The glue on the back side of the unit is coming up and not glued securely. This was a gift for my mother, wish it came packed up like a 70$ item should. But it was thrown in a oversized box with no packing material -so It is hard to tell if the glue was already loose, or due to the rough ride in the postal service. Oh well I guess.

The seat I bought was rubber and quite hsrd - I will be returning it. Not helping my SI Joint Syndtome.

Site was not easy to understand. Overwhelming number of options scattered across the site. Would have taken hours to find and assess each product available. I highly recommend organizing your products into subgroups. Then laying them out one one page. With a brief description of what sets them apart. That is the major two or three differences in each group. Overall shopping experience online 1. Swift delivery, honest site, NO fraudulent charges, etc. I rate over all a 3. Would shop again because I trust the company's honesty. Despite their lack of website organizational skills.

When i first placed my order, a week went by and i never received a notice of shipment. Their website says they ship within 48hrs. I called customer service, they said they lost the order, but they ended up shipping it later that day.

So far not impressed with my seat cushion. I will give it more time, however I wish I would have researched this item more before ordering.

Provides some lower back relief, but not as much as I would have liked.

Is somewhat helpful when I'm in a straight chair. Not so much in other type chairs.
