The buying and delivery experience was very good but the product had not helped with my back problems.

I wanted to order the BackJoy mini, but you've discontinued it. Tried your SitSmart Posture Core, recommended by your Customer Service team as a the new model for petite customers but it misses the mark in every dimension for me. Please bring back the BackJoy mini! FYI, I'm keeping the Posture Core to put my aging mini on top of, hoping it will preserve what's left of it--so I now have to use a 2 layer system. Far from ideal and I do worry the mini will completely collapse for age soon.

Don't notice any difference in my pain/numbness from sitting, unfortunately. Shipping took quite a while, for some reason. Could have got it sooner on Amazon. Packaging and etc. was all fine and the product is very well made. Will keep trying to use it but so far have no relief of my symptoms.

update: per Backjoy's reply to my review, they did follow through and sent me a much better product. They explained that their team is very small so response time to inquiries is slow right now but they are working on it. I do appreciate their efforts and explanation and am glad for a better outcome. Thanks Backjoy .. My 1-star review is mainly because I emailed customer service twice and I also used their website contact form.. and I never heard back.. finally I called and the representative clearly didn't seem to care and knew very little about the product. About the product: - It's called a 'seat cushion' .. but when using it, its unclear if it's meant to be under you, behind you, both? - The casing around the cushion is a bit bulky and loose, making it look and feel a bit clumsy and not well designed. - I see that the inner cushion has a specific area carved out for you to actually sit on, I guess? whereas the other portion has higher bumps, so if you don't sit on the exact spot, it feels imbalanced.. so then I'm not sure what the rest of the cushion is for since you're only sitting on a small portion of it? - the inner cushion itself feels like its just a hard piece of egg crate foam.. it just seems like it's not specialized - the cover looks like it has a front and back side, yet the cushion inside with the indent is turned towards the 'back' of the cover.. so ? maybe it was just put in wrong, or I don't understand? - the backside cover has these velcro patches. if these are meant to attache to a chair back, given the pillows excessive size, the velcro patches don't align with most chairs .. it's just a poorly designed product and combined with the non-existent customer service, I can't offer a good review

The pad was not soft like anticipated. The back support was not large enough.
