I got one of these to try in my Kayak. I usually take river trips as long as 7.5 miles and am sitting in the Kayak for up to 7 hours. This really helped. It worked great. It is now a permanent fixture.

This back joy is softer, larger and lays flatter than the original one I purchased. It also has the tailbone cutout I needed. I have a tailbone that is broken in 3 pieces that didn’t mend properly. I also have low back and SI joint issues. This allows me to sit for longer periods. If you focus on correct posture while sitting, it works better. My only criticism is that it should be large enough to fit a standard office chair so it doesn’t move around. Shipping was quick.

Does help. Used it for recent travel to Europe. Only drawback (keeping it from being a 5 star) - not really easy to attach/carry. Tried hooking to backpack but it kinda flops around and gets in the way.

Comfortable to sit on and helps my posture while keeping pressure off of my tailbone.

It feels good when on the road, the only thing that I would like is something on the bottom to keep it in place from moving on the seat.

I don't know that it is the wonder cure for bad posture as it describes but I do think it acts as a reminder to sit up straight. It was $70--I probably could have found something less expensive with the same results but...it reminds me to sit up which is a good thing.

I am overall very happy with seat, which is comfortable and convenient, and I use it every day. My physical therapist also observed that it improves the curvature in my lower spine. However, I've been using it for only 2 weeks so it's way to early for me to tell if it will have any long term benefit.

Good product! Have been working from home since 3/16/20 & my 5 caster, office chair KILLS after a while. The AHH-mazing cushion I previously had in the office had been stolen! Had purchased 2 different cushions, prior to the BackJoy, that "looked like" my original. Neither were worth a darn! ;( DO NOT buy into the "memory foam" hype, as it's a LOAD of BS. Researched & discovered BackJoy on a top 10 list. It was the ONLY 1 that did NOT LOOK like all of the others. Gave it a whirl. Boy, am I glad! Try 1 for yourself. You'll be pleased!
