The item quality was good; I returned it because it just didn't fit my needs to relieve tailbone pressure. I'll have to keep searching. Ordering, fulfillment, return process all first rate, a good experience from that standpoint.

Cool products, however, of the two products ordered, one that was sent was the wrong product, which I had to return. They sent a return label but I had to pay for the packaging, which wasn't much but not a smart customer service move.

I wanted to like sitzright seat cushion, and bath seat! However, they were not deep enough. They hit just past mid thigh, cutting off circulation. I am still looking for something that fits and brings comfort to my sitting and riding in vehicle. I need padded comfort and back comfort since I have OA in my spine and no padding on my behind. Customer service was quick to refund! That was a plus. Thanks

A miscommunication led to me not getting the SitSmart Core Lux in time for a road trip--which is why I bought it. After much frustration, they have since made up for that with great customer service. The SitSmart Core Lux is very comfortable and I can tell it positions me in a way that prevents back pain. I got it for the car and office but I tried it on the couch while doing some crafting and it was fabulous (usually the couch hurts my back). An area you need to improve is knowing who carries your product. After calling to find out most of the places I was told did not have it. I hope you can get your great products in more stores.

The product is not as good as I was hoping for but it does seem to help a bit in keeping me more upright when sitting.

Didn’t really help. One size doesn’t work for all. We may be wider or The length isn’t there. Good idea, but needs revamping.
