I'm afraid the BackJoy has not provided any relief from my particular lower back and hip issues. Perhaps I purchased the wrong size? I don't know how much of a difference that would make. I am disappointed, of course. I have several relatives who use the product with great success, which is why I tried it. The service has been very good and delivery was prompt.

Customer service and communication was poor. Took weeks to get our order and that was only after complaining. Otherwise the product was great and works great. Would order again, hopefully service will be better.

I had high hopes, but the product isn't as supportive as advertised.

I bought two because it was unclear which would work. One was so small and I tried to return it. They said that they would email a FedEx return code. Never got the code despite multiple attempts.

The product was great at first then after a few days the curvature of the product kind of went away. It still has its curve but not like how I first got it. I wish it was sturdier, I do take it everywhere but not it seems like when I sit down it feels like I'm flattening it down. Pain is still there but will update as I keep using it longer that's if it holds it's shape still

I cannot tell if I am using this right. Meaning if I am sitting in it correctly. It took a few days to get use to it. When I think I am getting help from it I wake up with lower back pain unable to walk the first few steps; it's not going away. I have a Dr. appt for xrays to see what the issue is and what if anything can be done to help.

I really, really want to be able to leave a great review. Unfortunately I found the product description to be a bit misleading. I can tell that the product will help tilt the pelvis into a neutral position, unfortunately it does not fit necessary work if you are close to the weight limit. I weigh just under 250 lb and am 5 ft 4. Instead of sitting in the device I sit on top of it. I simply don't fit. The pictures don't really show how deep this item is. In order for it to work correctly one must be able to fit into the car seat base type of seat. If you aren't shaped correctly you just don't fit and it doesn't work. Maybe someday I'll loose enough to be able to fit into the item that might decrease my back pain enough to help me be more active.
