I ordered 5 trigger point massagers early in December as Christmas gifts. I received ONE. I have emailed the company twice and called 3 times in the past week. No reply to my emails and each time I get "customer service" they tell me they can't reach "management" and take a message and tell me someone will call me back. No call...they are so earnest and tell me my call is important to them..... It's their error and they aren't making it right.
