This has been a great improvement for my back. I was having a lot of pain (sciatica/piriformis tightness) sitting in a wooden chair for work, and there has been an immediate improvement. I still have to remind myself to alternate standing and sitting, but I will recommend this device to anyone with a sedentary job.

I have been using Back Joy for perhaps 10 yrs. i use it everywhere. I take it everywhere, onto planes, weddings, business, the car, in the car, & the hobby cat when on vacation. I have a hook on my purse & on my airplane carryon. Without it my back hurts within 10 minutes of sitting. With it i am fine on a 10 hr cramped flight. I have given a number away to people. When i get on a hobbycat i tie a 4 foot rope on my Back Joy & attach it to the centre of the hobbycat. That way i can switch sides easily, without risking loosing it. I started that after a very painful backache when we couldnt get back to shore easily. Yes. I am so grateful for Back Joy.
