Automated program not coaching
If you’re looking for a real coach this is not your stop. I’d send you to functional bodybuilding instead. Conversation with Bach Performance were that they were going to help me break through my rut in a way that met my challenging schedule however when we got started I was told “you just have to do it. Get up before your 6am calls and brute force your way through.” When I made it clear I would not renew.. silence. The rest of the one start reviews have been responded to with in a defensive way and attacks against those people about how it was their fault and I assume this will also. Is that what you look for in a coach? I personally look for a supportive and flexible environment especially when breaking through. If just do it works for you, you’ll find that here along with active automated emails every Sunday reminding you to check in, no personalization. If you’re looking for a coach and a partner in your fitness journey I would recommend you look elsewhere.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that the program didn’t feel aligned with your needs as that is the opposite of what we aim to provide. Our coaching is built on personalization, and the way we make that possible is through regular check-ins. These aren’t busywork. They are the feedback loop that shows us how your body and lifestyle are responding so we can make adjustments in real time. Without that feedback, we can’t personalize your experience. If workouts feel too long, too frequent, or not suited to your schedule, we only know that if you share it with us. If energy or stress levels are low, it tells us recovery and workload need adjusting. Feedback on digestion helps us identify whether food quality, timing, or macros need to shift. Sleep and hydration directly affect metabolism, recovery, hunger, and body composition. Each of these details matters because together they show us how to refine your training, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance so the program truly fits your life. To support this, we use an automated reminder system that only triggers if a check-in hasn’t been completed. We also prompt clients to book calls, ask for feedback at days 30, 60, and and run weekly check-ins — all with the goal of continually improving and adapting the program. On top of that, our team sends personal follow-ups — even through social media if needed to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. After your last check-in (which was the only one we received), our team followed up with specific questions to clarify what felt off — whether that was the number of workouts, the check-in structure, or the nutrition plan. We even offered to adjust the check-in format to make communication easier. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to those messages, which limited our ability to make the necessary adjustments. We fully recognize that communication is a two-way street — and while we take pride in our systems and follow-ups, we’ll continue improving how we guide and support clients so the process feels seamless and effective. If you’re open to it, we’d love to revisit this with you directly. We’ve already reached out via your training app and personal contact information to address your concerns. We’d be glad to connect and better understand your situation to explore how we can make things right. Best regards, The Bach Performance Team
