I had talked to 3 different sleep coaches before landing on program by Jilly. Honestly, there was one thing in the program that really did the trick for us. But I feel like the content is really well laid out for us to understand sleep patterns of babies. If you follow it well, you can def get great results.

Jilly’s program is great and the personal support option puts it into the fantastic category. I bought this to assist with sleep training my second baby as when my toddler was a baby she was not a good sleeper and I suspected that my second bub was going the same way. Yes, some of the information in this program can be found by trawling the internet for free programs but I did that with my firstborn and just got confused! There is so much information out there and when you are an exhausted mum (or dad) you just need simple and straightforward. That’s what Jilly’s program offers. It’s broken into short lessons that start off eliminating any factors that could be making sleep harder for your baby. Only once these have been sorted do you start on training and I believe that contributes to the high success rate. I would highly recommend paying for the personal support as well. Jilly and the team acknowledge that every child is different and have assisted me to tailor the program very specifically as needed. The personal support is even just good for reassurance. My husband and I really liked that there were four different types of sleep training in the program and the personal support then helps you tailor whichever option you choose if for some reason it isn’t going as smoothly as hoped. As for our results? I had unintentionally been co-sleeping with my baby because I couldn’t stay awake while feeding him back to sleep multiple times a night. He was not able to go to sleep independently and I wasn’t getting good sleep because I was constantly aware of him next to me. Now he goes to sleep on his own every night by 8PM - occasionally with a grizzle but never fussing for more than five min, AND he stays asleep in his cot until at least 3AM when he wakes for a feed. That’s an 8 hour stretch of sleep! He then goes back to sleep for 2-4 hours (some nights he needs a second feed, which is fairly normal as he is only 5.5 months). I feel more human and I can tell my baby is getting better sleep. And we have only been doing the sleep training part of the program for a little under two weeks! And this is not a rare story with this program. It gets results. You do have to commit to putting the effort in but it’s so worth it.

This guide is so simple to follow and actually works! We started at 12 weeks and have been using it up until one year! My baby has always slept so peacefully and well. We bought one programme which was worth the money. The on hand help is so useful. You can’t put a price on a peaceful night’s sleep! Thank you for all recommendations. I will use the same advice for any future babies.

Baby sleep made simple has been an amazing program to sleep train my 11 month daughter! Jilly and her very knowledgeable support team give great advice and have so many Q&A lives where they will answer all your questions and make you feel at ease.. I am still in the very fist phase of the program but already making great progress so I’m very pleased and excited to continue this sleep training journey! Thank you so much!!

I've never come across anything like the BSMS program or its community. The design of the program is insightful, as are Jilly and the support team, who have been incredibly present for me in a way I could never have expected. They have been amazing to collaborate with as we navigate particularly unique circumstances, including our neurodiverse daughter, and I am forever grateful. (I'm giving 4 stars because I'm still doing the program but have had to take it very slow - I look forward to updating it to 5 once I've finished!)

I really like the system of the program. I was sleeping training my baby while teething and the program still work without crying it out.The support is really good as they guide me step by step and help to made adjustment.

This program has been an absolute life saver!! Before we started the program my 13 month old was waking 3-4 times a night and we were having the hardest time getting her on a consistent schedule. Since we started she’s been sleeping 12 hours with 0-1 night wakings every night and those wakings are usually less than 30min to resettle her. And I’m not even fully completed with the sleep training yet!! I love that this program is so versatile so you can customize it to your baby’s personality. That is truly what sets this program apart from other ones. Not to mention the amount of amazing support you get from Jilly and her team via FB and zoom calls. The price you pay for the extra support is absolutely priceless and 100% worth it. If you’re struggling with your baby’s sleep look no further because this is the best program out there hands down!!
