Jilly’s program works really good. I have seen improvements in my LO sleeping pattern. He does not need mommy anymore to hold him and rock him or feed him to sleep. No more props. Still working on night wakings. M sure that will come too.. I would highly recommend to my friends and it’s worth spending money. Thank you so much Jilly..

It’s a miracle! Last night was the first time in months that my LO has slept all night in her cot and without me having to attend to her! This program has helped me better understand what my LO needs for her to sleep well and for me to get some rest too! We are just starting lesson 6 and are already seeing huge improvement! I would definitely recommend this program to all mums and dads who want a better night sleep!

This has made a huge improvement in both my baby’s sleep and my own. We’re on night 5, lesson 7 and I can enjoy some time to myself in the evening (a first in about 2 1/2 years) and I also have a bit of time alone in the morning! I highly recommend this program! Thank you so much Jilly 🙏🏻

So glad I decided to go for it and sign up to 21 days to P&Q and then later the support group. My 17 month old has always slept quite well until a strong regression at 15 months during which we ended up bringing her into our bed through desperation. After 5 weeks of this we were all exhausted and we knew we had to change things and get her sleeping back in her room. We sleep trained her at 9 months and so attempted to try and get her back to sleeping in her cot but gave up after one night as she was hysterical and i didnt really feel prepared or have a plan in place. I decided to sign up to 21 days and am so glad I did. I knew a lot of the info as I'd followed Jilly since my Daughter was born but I still picked up lots of good tips and a few things that we weren't already doing. But more importantly it gave me the reassurance and confidence to choose a method and stick to it, despite being so sleep deprived I was an emotional wreck! After 3 days of the checking in method my daughter was back to self settling in her cot and sleeping through the night. However the first 2 nights were rough with a lot of crying! and i dont think i would have stuck to it without the support of the plan. I have just signed up to the support package which I was a little reluctant to do as I wasn't sure about spending the money but I was very wrong and the support is great value and has really helped with some further nap tweaks that we needed. It's worth every penny! Thanks to Jilly and the team, I will highly recommend you to my friends, especially as there's nothing as comprehensive as this available in the UK. So glad I found you!

I had been co-sleeping with my baby and breastfeeding on demand. It worked for a few months but then he would wake sometimes 5x times before I even go to bed and at sometimes every 2 hours at night!! I came across this program on Youtube and was so relieved that Jilly had a method where I can keep my baby sleeping in my room. Other sleep consultants said they couldn't help me if I wanted my baby sleeping in my space. On night two already after moving his bedtime earlier and doing the PNR he would sleep 5 hours through and put himself back to sleep when he woke up. I am now working on night weaning and next step will be teaching him to fall asleep on his own. I like how gentle her approach is and being able to communicate via e-mail in depth what the best steps for my situation are. I highly recommend this program .

We were bedsharing and breastfeeding on demand and to sleep. This program was easy to follow and started with baby steps only changing our nightly ritual at first, while allowing our little one to remain in our bed. Once we got to lesson 7 and started placing our little one in her crib we were amazed and how adjusted she was. There were some hard evenings those first few nights in the crib, but was she was asleep she stayed asleep! It was incredible and we owe it to Jilly and her team.
