Lifetime support that ends at 2 year mark
This is nothing new and there no method that definitely works. You pay for the support and encouragement. We bought a full package with lifetime support. It turns out that our lifetime support ended when they launched a new program for older children. At the time of purchasing there was only one so it made sense to pay more for the lifetime option. I have messaged them at some point and they reply was to purchase the new program! When I questioned the lifetime support (that I already had) the answer was that they have to make money and they will support me but without purchasing the new program it will be very limited. They were also so focused on ‘explaining’ this to me that I did not even get ‘limited’ support and they have never acknowledged my question about my wee one sleeping issue. Very disappointing.

Hello AK, We truly apologize for any confusion with the lifetime support. The lifetime support was for our 21 Days to Peace and Quiet program which covers children ages 5 months-24 months. When parents purchased this support deal, it covered lifetime support for that specific program vs. just 30 days of support. Many parents that purchased lifetime support loved this deal because it covered any subsequent children that joined the family. You received over 2 years of support which included daily messaging, Facebook lives, and weekly Zoom calls. It truly is an amazing value and this kind of support can't be found anywhere else. The reason we mentioned our support would be limited is because preschoolers require different strategies than our younger babies/young toddlers to help conquer bedtime battles and these strategies are covered in depth in our Big Kid course. Clients really need to purchase the course to have full understanding of the strategies being discussed. We have truly loved supporting your family over the years. We wish you the best!
