The Zoom calls are a great personal touch for topics that are not easily communicated in writing. The video content was clear and well communicated. The program has clear step-by-step instructions. It has tips for different babies. Also 4 sleep training methods to choose from. But the best part was the zoom calls. Jilly spends 1on1 time to answer questions. Its a great opportunity to get some customized advise on your situation.

This is a great program! I am only at lesson 5 and can already see improvements in my 14 month old. Cant wait to get to lesson 7. Like many others, I have YouTube'd methods like Ferber or cry it out but I really like the slow and steady approach to build foundations first before trying to teach them to sleep independently and this is a perfect program.

Only a week into the programme and we've already achieved a no crying, no fussy bedtime! We're still on an early waking, but at least the number of hours our LO sleeps during the night has increased. Can't wait to get to lesson 7 and see the actual magic!

15 month old started sleeping through the night after 2 nights of using program!

I am one of those moms who never believed that sleep training will work for my LO. But with Jillys program and their support team my 10 month baby started sleeping through the night in just a couple of days. For all those exhausted parents who don't believe they will ever live to say their baby slept through the night, believe me it's possible! Highly recommend end this program, it's so worth it! And Jilly and her team are amazing!

This has been a GAME CHANGER! We have tried a few different sleep trainings and it just never panned out. My LO was coming up on 12 months (that’s 12 months of rough sleep for mama) and we finally started sleeping through the night with one wake up after doing this program. There was truly only one rough night of adjustment for all of us and we did the check in method! It’s the maintenance that is tough to keep up with, I feel like something different occurs every other night and the team has been great about answering questions, but I’m nervous about all the coming regressions!
