Would love to receive my refund for $42.51 as flowers were never delivered. Very dissatisfied!

Placed order on 11/20/2023 Recieved email Sarata Florist order canceled unable to deliver in area. They had the address & my $80.60 & I have been going on 3 weeks emailing to bet my money. This has been horrible & should have to keep emailing

They don’t even deserve one star! It’s a fraud in which I was charged but no one got flowers nor any communication about said delivery. I could only find an email for customer service no phone #. I sent emails twice and received zero response. I’m currently having investigation through the bank to try to recover money. Also found on BBB it’s not accredited and there are alerts for bad business

Baby Blue works through another scam company named Sarata Florists. Sarata Florists keep telling me they will refund my money after a cancelled order but they have done nothing to resolve the issue. Both companies are a scam. Disgusting!

If i could give no stars i would. Total SCAM! DO NOT ORDER!!!!! Company cancels order and promises refund only to not send. My poor teenager spent her entire savings to send flowers to a friend only to be left heartbroken. SO DISAPPOINTED

Complete scam, I ordered flowers they took my money then canceled the order. They keep saying they will process the refund, that was almost 2 months ago.

Running under the banner sarata flower I placed an order for my sisters funeral I called them to verify they could do it and was assured there wasn’t no problem then day of funeral get the cancelled notice and said would send a refund 2 weeks later won’t answer my email and no refund

These guys are total scam artists. They never planned on sending your flowers, after you have paid, you get an email saying you’re out of area. .No matter how many times you call them they will not credit money back to you. it has been months.
