If I could leave ZERO stars I would! I have tried on more than one occasion to order from this company only to be told the address is undeliverable. What funeral home do you know of would be undeliverable? Same thing with a downtown address. They said my money would be refunded to no avail and this goes on since May & June 2023. It is now The late part of January, 2024.

Ordered flowers 11/18/23 for my Sister-in-law who had surgery was notetafied moments later couldn't deliver and money would be refunded, still waiting 12/19/23. I have contacted Baby Blue Florist 3 times and they told me it's in the process of a refund but am still waiting. I purchased flowers on October 16th for a funeral. Baby Blue Florist cancelled my order and said they’d give me a refund. They did not. I called 3 times and asked to have my money refunded . They lied and said they would and still did not refund my money. This company is a scam!!!!
