Baby Blue FloristReviews of babyblueflorist.com

unfortunately I had to select at least one star in order to write this, Just like all the posts before this was a scam. I was searching for florists to get my niece some flowers for her birthday. Within an hour or two of my card being charged I got an email saying the florist rejected my order and send me a bogus email with something that tried to look like a refund. The promised refund still has not hit my account...3 weeks later after several emails back and forth. Make sure everyone knows to avoid this site!!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend who lives near Denton, Texas. When I placed the order, I paid for them with my USAA credit card. Then I got an email from the florist saying that the florist canceled the order. No reason was given. *** A credit to my Visa credit card was not made. Yet, I paid the credit card bill.

Same as everyone. Currently in the process of getting this resolved. If not, I will be contacting a lawyer. Clearly they are a business that steals from people.

Made order never received it. Was charged 100. And my neice never received it.it was for a special day where my great neice was born.and it's crazy I spoke with company when made it. Was garrenteed that it would be same day delivery and all. . and can't get ahold of anyone to help me with this matter.

I made a order and they canceled my order but never sent my money back.. I spoke with someone and they still didn’t refund my money

My experience was the same as the others: total scam. You get a message after you paid saying the bouquet of flowers is not “deliverable,” then the phony responses from “Customer Happiness Specialist” Cathleen Kaur. I reported it to my credit card company which promptly put a hold on the purchase. What’s frustrating is my attempt to notify Google so it can stop the ads has gone nowhere. Google has no “category” for a phony business! Perhaps they don’t want to bother because they have so many? Learned from this experience to verify name and address of “local” companies,

as many others have said, i ordered flowers and within 30 mins my order was canceled. on july 3rd they told me i’d have a refund within 2 buisness days. however it is now july 8th and i have yet to get one. and the customer service line keeps saying wait 2-3 buisness days and has yet to send my refund

I like many other consumers ordered flowers from this company, only to be refunded within the hour. Looking at all of these reviews… This company is running the biggest scam to steal our information.
