I received everything I ordered in three separate packages in a fairly timely manner. Dresses are good quality, but one fits better than the other and I started the returns process, but despite doing this on their website and sending two emails to customer service, I’ve gotten no response. There is no number to call. The products are neat, but would not recommend based on costumer service.

My order#86824: I have to return it the dress did not fit me well too high on the waist.After so many Falls ,they give me the autorization to return without the return label .I spend more than $20 for shipping and until now no refund yet . Bad experience ,never buy from them

Terrible customer service. I was ghosted for return request made well within the tight 2 week time frame. I wanted some accessories but absolutely refuse to order from a company with such poor customer service. I won't be back.

I have been trying to process a return and no one will respond to my emails. I didn’t receive any notification with instructions on where to send my return. I’ve contacted customer service twice with no response. Terrible. Don’t recommend buying unless you are OK with not being able to return!!!

I get a million ads on social from your company and I finally bought a dress. I wasn't sure if it would be flattering on my curvy lower half, but fortunately it looks okay. The stretch velvet is really thick, so the dress although sleeveless will be warm to wear in Los Angeles, but I will find occasions to use it. It does hold its shape well. For the price it is a great dress. I am taking it on a trip and think it will pack well rolled up.

The dresses were decent quality and the bead work was nice, but the sizing was weird. The dresses were either too small or too big, even after referencing the sizing chart before buying. Additionally, the return process was too much work. I had to pay for my own shipping to send the dress back and include a lot of print outs within just to get a full refund. I could keep the dress and get a partial refund, but I don't want something that doesn't fit.
