Such good support whilst working on the sight. It may be a bit expensive and limiting to a freelance site builder, but it is VERY VERY responsive. Recommend as the after purchase support is great. Particularly Mitch

I would recommend them to anyone anyday! I have had interaction with most of the support desk including Jazmin, edwin, hannah, mark and a few others and these guy never fail to deliver. Thank you all at B12 for being a part of MEM's Journey. They have a WINNING recipe!

I've been getting AI-generated spam from a b12sites.com user and after I wrote about it here, b12 gave me their support email and their Trust and Safety team helped take down the site right away. Thanks so much for the quick answer and for taking action. I wish they'd had a way to get in touch or report a user on their site, but if you're having trouble, please email hello at b12.io like I did ......... I have the same name as an elderly author, and I've been getting scams directed at her. Today, one used a whole different person's name and online presence, but his that they were using a B12sites.com as their landing page.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Mary, and we’re sorry for the frustration it's caused. B12.io is a website builder, which means individuals can use our tools to publish their own websites, including on the B12sites.com domain. Unfortunately, as with many similar platforms, someone can misuse our tools without our knowledge. We take this seriously and will investigate the issue further. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so our team can take appropriate action.

I needed a fast solution and I found it at B12. It made my business development quite effortless. I have been able to get my business up and running in 3 weeks. It started with an idea and found it's blossomimg by designing the website. That created the framework for drafting the business plan, creating the LLC, opening the banking merchant account and setting up the accounting system, designing the CRM, drafting a marketing plan and populating high target potential partnerships, drafting the work flow processes into a ready to go live business entity in just under 21 days. I can't say enough goods things about B12 design. I highly recommend their extremely clean and professional website creation services.
