Don’t ever buy subscriptions from this hell of a website. I wanted to refund my purchase of a deal for 1$/mo for the first month. When I went to find the “cancel subscription” button, it didn’t exist. I asked ChatGPT, said the page didn’t exist (It gave me a DIRECT link to it). So thanks B12, just lost 49$ because you’re lazy and won’t fix your website.

Kurz darauf habe ich festgestellt, dass B12 für mich nichts taugt und habe das Premium abo storniert. ABER, B12 hat mir noch weitere 2 Monate die Gebühr für die Testzeit des Premium Accounts von meiner Karte abgebucht! OBWOHL ICH ES SPER EMAIL STORNIERT HABE! Vorsicht, hier wird man abgezockt!

I want to warn everyone about my experience with B12.io and their partner IONOS.com. There is an active offer for new customers on their website — any subscription for $1 for three months. I trusted this offer and decided to subscribe plan costing $78, which will be billed automatically after three months. One of the options of this offer is a free domain for 1 year and from this moment my adventures started. When i tried to use this benefit I was redirected to their partner IONOS, where it turned out that not all domains are actually free. The domains I needed (dialab.center and dialab.clinic) have the price 12 and 53 dollars! At the same time, the system offered me other domains "for $0," but they didn't suit me — they had hyphens or were in other zones. B12 support replied that “since they use a partner, not all domains are available for free,” and referred me to their “knowledge base" where this information is located but never mentioned in the promotion terms. Later I decided to go with one of the so-called free domains, another issue came up. Even though the cost was $0, the system attempted to authorize an amount equal to the renewal price of the domain for the next year (in my case, $25). If you don’t have this amount on your card, the process fails. Once again support pointed me to the knowledge base. I consider this as a scam because of the two huge customer misunderstanding attempts: - They collect your card details and immediately charge non-refundable money; - Then they push you to use their partner’s services under unfavorable conditions; All the important details of their offers and promotions are hidden deep in the knowledge base instead of being stated in the promotion. I have kept all the screenshots and support chat history, which confirm every detail of my experience. I can provide them if necessary.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with B12.io. Their outdated Privacy Policy (2018) and Terms of Service (2021) are not in compliance with New York State laws, including proper cancellation and billing practices. Despite multiple requests, B12 could not provide a signed contract or proof of agreement to their terms. When we filed a legitimate dispute with our bank, B12 immediately canceled our account but still charged for the entire month of December, even though the service was terminated on December 11th. Take your business elsewhere! There are companies charging only $20/month, offering unlimited edits, and giving clients full control of their websites. In stark contrast, B12 took over six months to complete what should have been a simple project, especially marketing their AI platform, demanded additional funds for edits, and still failed to deliver satisfactory results. For comparison, we launched our new website with another provider in just two days. We also echo the sentiments of other reviews, such as Michael and Madeline’s experience shared by Lissa Tucker. It seems B12 has a pattern of taking payments from multiple clients while failing to deliver on promises. Their refusal to issue refunds and lack of accountability only add to the frustration. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid B12.io. There are far better, more affordable options that prioritize customer satisfaction and professionalism. HERE IS AN UPDATE AND IN RESPONSE WITH B12 COMMENT BELOW: Our company was forced to launch our website in August as they mentioned no more edits or they will need to charge for edits plus monthly subscription of $199 was already charged for us since we started with them in June even though our website was not launched. In between June-August and horrible communication, the expert took several vacations and did not informed us as a result of continuous delay. On another note, our company emailed them to cancel services on Dec 1st but B12 still charged us and respond that it was for services until end of December 29th which is in contradiction with b12 response below. The payment was not for previous monthly (November) subscription. If you need to cancel, clients need to book an appointment with b12 because there is absolutely no way you can remove your card info on their website. The exact terminology used when we requested images on our website "images provided was a mere courtesy" and the expert used Dalle which is an AI generated image web application that is on ChatGPT. Another issue we had was the so-call expert was new using this image generated application and was going to launched these images with misspelled words which we have not experienced before with any of our vendors.

Run!!! Do not use this company at all. I have spent so much time providing detailed instructions, photos, and input for what goes where only to be promised things would get done and never were!!!! Very sloppy and Madeline and Michael only provided excuses during every stage. They have not even spelled my company name correctly repeatedly!!!!

Scam, dangerous scammers service once you enter it is impossible to unsubscribe without even using their free trial. They invade your email with unwanted messages and you can't unsubscribe there either.

be aware, they now use AI on some platforms to sell you their service imbedded into "free" AI assistants. They are doing it wihtout your consent. Personally I got feeling being a Guinea pig and subject to consealed testing, causing me stress and significant blood pressure increase. Transcript and records are on file, will be released to the governing authority, not to B12.
