I’ve made many changes to my website throughout the process, and Madeline and her team have been incredibly patient and accommodating. My latest project turned out wonderful: the website looks professional, polished, and exactly the direction I wanted to take my business. My experience has varied somewhat depending on the team member I’m working with. Some staff members really take the lead, offer suggestions, and guide me through the process, which I greatly appreciate. Others rely more heavily on me to provide all of the direction, and I personally prefer a more proactive approach from a website professional. I also had some frustration when I initially signed up because the monthly pricing and ongoing costs were not as clearly communicated as I would have liked. However, we were able to work through that issue, and everything is good now. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of their work, their patience with my many changes, and especially how professional my latest website project looks.

Such good support whilst working on the sight. It may be a bit expensive and limiting to a freelance site builder, but it is VERY VERY responsive. Recommend as the after purchase support is great. Particularly Mitch

Working with B12 website builder, truly opened my eyes to the further development I could do with my business - Integrity Amp'd Custom Engravings. I learned much more about myself as well as my business standards. I would have given a 5 star review, HOWEVER, after chat gpt sent me the info to go to B12 for my business website design, and after page was done and sign up completed, I found out as a Canadian resident, unless I have a US Bank account and reside in the US payment and invoicing was not acceptable to me here in Canada. However they do offer integrations and a decently laid out set of other options that work. I just wish it was open for Canadian residents as well, opposed to having to work with another source. AWESONE ALL IN ONE AT SINGLE STATION AMEZING

I will be writing two reviews. This is the higher of the two. I don't want to bring down B12's 4.2 average too much. I'm attempting to take my site elsewhere. I am not knowledgeable at all. So far, I've been told 3 different things. 1st sales (the site will be 100% movable - when I purchased the site); 2nd tech support when I inquired about moving the site (you will lose almost everything but the narrative); and, 3rd chat, today as I start to move the site (here is what you do to move the site.) We shall see how this turns out. Why am I moving? I'm moving because the maintenance cost, for me, is too high. The best B12 can offer is $99. My move is going to get me a rate of $19.99. I would have stayed with B12 for $49.99. That said, you can see from the above that at this point I'm not a happy camper.
