Don't go with this company
Don't go with this company. They will sell you on 'AI' technology and in-house designers who charge hourly and deliver total garbage. Their designers basically change colors around in pre-existing templates - I could've done this in 20 minutes. Yet they wasted 4.5 'design' hours and hundreds of dollars on a generic looking website that would've made my company look totally unprofessional. When I asked for a refund, I was told it's 'company policy' NOT to give refunds, which is a smart policy to have when operating a bad service. Customer service requires you schedule 30 minutes vs. just call/email when you really need them. Scam. Do yourself a favor, go to 99designs and get WAY better results. PS - issuing a refund for hours not used is not a resolution. I paid for a service that was not delivered and 2 additional design hours wouldn't have gotten anything done if it took 4 hours to create what I was presented.
