Ths process was simple enough right up…
Ths process was simple enough right up until I tried to upload or connect to Hawaii. Then all of a sudden, my ID didn't seem to work or match. SO I paid $10 and all the work for nothing, just to have to do it all over again with Hawaii and hope that they will verify me at the airport.

Result was ok, process at the end was not clear until I got an email from support
I previously gave a bad review but I am correcting it. The results were not clear upon completion but by submitting a question to customer support it appears all works for a travel site now.

It was honestly pretty annoying
It was honestly pretty annoying. I had to fill out my info several times before it finally stuck. I also don’t understand the need for it at all. As long as I have my vax card and whatever other credentials with me (which I’ll still have to provide) this whole process is a waste of time and money.

Covid test to return to US
Made an appointment for a covid antigen test video observation a week before flying back to the United States. It was done over the phone and even though I lost the connection, I was able to call them back and start the test. Received the paperwork within a half an hour after the test results. Uploaded the docs to United airlines app and the paperwork was accepted. Very easy and quick and inexpensive.

Would not accept our Azova test at…
Would not accept our Azova test at Logan Airport. We had to take another test which cost us each $250.00. Total out $500 plus Azova test$80.00

Convenient and easy to do the testing
Convenient and easy to do the testing. Very friendly and easy to understand the people walking you through the test. The only problem we had was with the time of the appointment. We got the 5 min to appt time text an hour earlier than we were expecting - booked CST but call was an hour early. We were ready, but it was a bit of a scramble. Otherwise- it was all great!
