The process was quick and easy to follow with the help of the person on the zoom video. They were very friendly and professional. Only downfall is the price and fact that you have to have one of these type of tests done even though one is triple vaccinated.

This was awful. I specifically asked prior to ordering the Lucira test if this was valid for entry into Italy. I was doing a rapid test with under 24 hours before entering Italy (as required by the country when using a rapid antigen test). I took the test, it was not clear at the end how I was getting results because no one ever came back on the call. Then when I uploaded the results into Deltas fly ready app I received an email this is not a valid test. I have a response from the test company but cannot call now. I have tried to get a refund but they are telling me it is accepted for travel and I should call Delta airlines. It is up to me to ask delta for a refund. I did not pay Delta. I was a customer of Azova. They should refund and take it up with Delta. Really poor service. I will never use this again and I would suggest saving yourself the headache and hassle and find another company Communication with the representative is equally astonishing. After informing him I took the test, uploaded it and received a denial for that test here is what the agent wrote back "Sorry for the late response, we cannot issue a refund for the tests that were already used or rendered."
