As I can see from another person, I too bought a bed throw advertised as a bed cover and it was a sheet arriving in a very small package that also included two pillow cases. However, upon the arrival of the product the package smelled so bad that I put it in the garage and had to wash my hands a couple of times to get the smell off. I contacted them and they insisted on a photo of the product. I bought rubber gloves, opened it over the deck rail and inside the package was some sort of animal “mess” and it had even made it into the internal plastic packaging. They offered me 30% return and when I insisted on the full refund they also told me that I had to ship it to China! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! THEY ARE A FRAUD!

ZERO stars are not available to assign to this flimsy piece of painted foam, which was advertised as a nice rug. I, too, complained and asked for return options and was told to take a photo and return the cheap mat to China. However, the package came from California, and I will return it with tracking to that California address and then file a claim with my Credit card company. The "Customer Service" rep (apparently always named Lisa) will not send a return shipping label to take the flimsy place-mat back.

This company is a fraud. It is not a company at all. Their address is: "Mark" 16014 Adelante St. Ste C, Irwindale, CA 91702. This is the address where this poorly constructed dish mat came from. It was advertised as an area rug. The product came bunched up in a plastic bag, stuffed in a mailer bag. When I asked for a refund, "Lisa" asks me to take a picture of the item and send it to her. I told her that I gave her the order number which is what she should have known in the first place, why do I need to take a picture of the item? Next, "Lisa" tells me to send the product back to "CHINA"!!!!!!!! I informed her that I did not order it from China and I would like to send it back to the U.S. where I brought it. She claimed that their "warehouse" was in China. In short, I am still trying to get my money back. But I hope I can save your time and money.

Looks like I should have looked it up before I fell for it Ordered a bed set and yes you are supposed to get the Full cotton micro build to go with your flimsy bad printed cover and pillow cases as that is what it states in the ad but they claim oh no you just get the covers. Bull.. Lesson learned I guess I Hope my review will save someone else wasted money. DO NOT BUY from AZCozy ...On another note I bought from another company same thing the product came directly from China but did not fit and that company told me to keep the item and refunded my full amount but i won't be buying from FB ads again. should be some kind of recourse with FB so these places couldn't continue to bombard everyone with ads....

SCAM ALERT! I ordered a QUEEN size plush blanket. I paid $70 for a blanket as thin as a sheet! To tell you how thin my queen size blanket is, they put it in my mailbox, a standard mailbox and there was still room for my other mail. To do a return...it will cost me almost as much to ship BACK to China. STEER CLEAR!

They are liars, charlatans, and snakes. They are stealing other people's designs, slapping it on cheap materiel, in China, and I found this on my Facebook newsfeed! How is FB letting this happen? It's disgusting. And they say that their company is supposedly in Wisconsin. NOPE. Also watch out for Boho Peak. They are also scammers.

Buyer Beware!!!! I ordered my rug on September 16, 2019 , the rug arrived from Hong Kong on October 10 and it arrived completely damaged! There were black streaks and black blotches over the entire rug. It was a tan rug with sunflowers on it. The quality of the rug itself is garbage! Paper thin! The purchase price was $79.95. I sent an email to let them know about the damage. They requested pictures of the rug which i provided several. They then offered me a $30 refund! I told them that was unacceptable and that I wanted a full refund. I filed a dispute with PayPal, and PayPal said I must return the rug first. To send the rug back to Hong Kong will cost $80!!!, the price of the rug! Still disputing this absurdity! I had no idea my rug would be coming from Hong Kong! Please don't waste your money on this crooked business!
